Performance and usability

The RT 4097 SX is powered by a reliable EVC 4000.1 petrol engine and features a hydrostatic transmission, allowing precise speed control without gear changes. Direction changes between forward and reverse are handled effortlessly using the STIHL single-pedal drive system, improving manoeuvrability and reducing operator fatigue.

The 95 cm mowing deck with side discharge allows large areas to be cut quickly without stopping to empty a collector. A grass guidance system on both sides of the deck improves edge cutting accuracy, reducing the need for follow-up trimming.
